What is Break Dance?
Breakdance, originally called B-Boying due to the name given to the people who practice it (B-boys / BGirls), is an urban dance style that is part of the Hip Hop culture, an artistic movement that emerged in the United States in late 1960s - early 1970s in African American and Latin American communities in popular New York neighborhoods (eg: Bronx and Brooklyn). Breakdance was started by dancing in the streets.
In this class, children will be able to start in this discipline in a fun way, without neglecting the work and effort that Breakdance requires. Always starting from scratch, the boys will discover in an evolutionary way each part of this style, little by little from the basic movements to the most complex ones.
